Online Mandatory Training

This training is aligned to care certificate is a set of standards that health and social care workers adhere to in their working life. This training is compulsory for anyone who works in healthcare and a refresher course should be done annually. 

COURSE OVERVIEW

Our online mandatory training is aligned to the certificate set of standards that health and social care workers adhere to in their working life. The training gives everyone the confidence that workers have the same introductory skills, knowledge, and behaviours to provide compassionate, safe, and high-quality care and support.

 

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

The online mandatory training is based on 15 standards, all which individuals need to complete in full before they can be awarded their certificate. Each of the 15 standards are completed online through knowledge tests and assessments, providing your company with a downloadable certificate for each sector and helping you meet strict Care Quality Commission expectations.

CERTIFICATION

On completion delegates will be equid with skills and confident to work in care and nursing home settings. Delegates will receive an accredited certificate of attendance which is valid for 1 year. The certificate is issued by HB Compliance.
