At Tempcare we ensure that all of the staff we recruit are well trained and offered full training support where needed. They also undergo a rigorous recruitment process and thorough scrutiny to ensure that we only hire the very best of our candidates for our clients.
All of our candidates are also required to have at the very least two written references, as well as a CRB / DBS check. Following this they then undertake mandatory induction training. By carrying out our streamlined recruitment process we can assure you that we provide staff that can provide high quality and knowledgeable support.
We know how important it is in this industry to provide knowledgeable staff; that's we at Tempcare ensure that all of our staff are fully trained to the highest level.
We have a formal induction programme in place for all of our new employees and once completed we follow this up through regular monitoring and supervision to ensure all of our employees are working to the highest standard that we come to expect from all of our staff.
We will also offer assistance to our carers working towards completion of their NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care. Each of our staff must attend mandatory training sessions on an annual basis to ensure that they keep up to date on the latest best practices.
