Our Staff

At Tempcare we ensure that all of the staff we recruit are well trained and offered full training support where needed. They also undergo a rigorous recruitment process and thorough scrutiny to ensure that we only hire the very best of our candidates for our clients.

All of our candidates are also required to have at the very least two written references, as well as an enhanced CRB / DBS check. Following this they then undertake mandatory induction training. By carrying out our streamlined recruitment process we can assure you that we provide staff that can provide high quality and knowledgeable support.
